A hundred people were asked to enter a room totally unaware of the unexpected surprise waiting for them.
Once a group of hundred people were attending a seminar and the speaker addressing the audience decided to do a group activity which involved balloons. Each person was handed a balloon and were asked to write their name on it using a marker. All the balloons were then randomly put in another room and everyone was asked to find the balloon with their name on it within five minutes. Everyone was searching for their names frantically, colliding with each other making an utter chaos. For obvious reasons, no one was able to find their balloons. Now the speaker asked the crowd to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it and within minutes everyone had their own balloon.
Hey, there It’s Iris,
To begin with, Hey again!
I know I have been inactive for some time as I was searching for that balloon myself and it took a lot of patience, courage, and self-awareness to be able to embrace and accept the balloon with my name on it. But I finally did!

You know when we are unhappy, we struggle to find inspiration in anything we love to do and face toxic emotions every day. They are all a part of the self-created thoughts in our brain. Something like, when we tell ourselves that something is true, it becomes true for us sooner or later. So I am not implying that your problems are unreal, but they indeed are the birth of your impressions.
Very recently, I have experienced a life-changing event with a set of drastic turns to be able to come to a point where I can say that yes, I am happy today and intend to make the most of what I have with gratefulness.
I know the place where I was in, and I strongly recognize that any of you can be in my position right now or maybe, face battles as a possibility, so through this post, I intend to give a smile on your face and a little hope, that IT ALL HAD A PURPOSE, AND IT WILL BE ALRIGHT.
Do you know what the speaker said at the end of the activity?
He said, “Exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is. Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people, give them happiness and you will get happiness.”

Yes, he is right, and this is exactly what I learned towards the end of this phase in my life, but there is a twist, something we fail to understand so much that we end up in this ever-growing vicious cycle of expectations and worries.
Do you remember the time when you were a child? So happy and gay, smiling at strangers and finding laughter in even the slightest of things. If you ever wonder that where is that person? Then trust me, that child is there inside you and will always be all he needs is a sign to know you are free of all worries and expectations again!
Somewhere, it all starts with YOUS, this is a made-up word to put YOU and US together, emphasizing the importance of YOU first to embrace the US.
No matter how hard you try to be someone else, live another life for people you want to be liked by there will always be a point where you will feel unloved and unhappy, and this is no one’s fault but yours because in the course of life we tend to not truly love ourselves, accept ourselves entirely, and be the master of our own life.

There will always be people and energies trying hard to conquer your inner peace, ignore them because darling they aren’t worth it anyways.
Once you are satisfied and comforted in your being, you attract positivity and the right energy of people around you as well as receive and give love to the ones close to you without pushing yourself.
You become like a flowing river dancing down the hill and gently kissing every rock that welcomes it.
At the end of the day, it all starts in your head and if you tell yourself that you won’t let anyone take your love and positivity away from you, then even if the sharp and hard rocks come by, you will still kiss them gently and they’ll let you go with more vigor and lessons.

Love and compassion are strong emotions, it is felt and appreciated by everyone (the right ones) around you, hence you receive and give the love that you deserve.
Life becomes beautiful and trust me, there is no gift greater than a life with lots of peace and content.
Yes, inner harmony and joy are of supreme importance but at the same time, it is significant to understand that love is a two-way street.
So just like the thin difference between what the speaker said and how it’s achieved, there is indeed another catch to loving yourself and being happy in yourself, that is that one should appreciate their energy and be ready to accept flaws, work on them, and know that love and commitment involve sacrifices as well. This is exactly what makes you a beautiful human and not a selfish monster since it is very easy to cross this line without realizing its consequences.
So, whenever you feel there is too much negativity out there,
Look inside and radiate your cheer.

Very interesting and imformative
